Meet Alexander B. MacNeil, our eLibrary Facilitator for the Pictou-Antigonish Regional Library this winter! You can see Alex helping with all of our various programs from Antigonish to River John. He's happy to step into the role of eLibrary Facilitator where he will be helping to create a coding program for youth as well as a Music Series that will be hosted at the New Glasgow Library.
A Former music student at Bishop's University, Alexander has been pursuing a music career throughout Canada and abroad.
Meet Brooke Mackenzie, our Community Technology Outreach Intern for the Peoples' Place Antigonish Town & County Library! She will be eagerly on location each: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:00am-6:00pm, Thursday from 12:00pm-8:00pm, and Saturday from 9:00am-5:00pm.
Brooke received a merit scholarship to Mount Saint Vincent University in 2013, where she studied Public Relations/ Marketing with a double minor in Psychology and Sociology over the last few years. While taking a break from academics, she has moved back to her hometown to work and reconnect with childhood friends. In the future, she hopes to continue her post-secondary journey abroad while also continuing to build her co-owned non-profit called Rise Through Change Canada.

Meet Alex Landry, our Computer Service Technician! Alex is happy to step into his new role and will be helping repair and maintain equipment for public use as well as working on community websites.
Alex is a recent graduate from Dalhousie University's Mechanical Engineering program. His long term goal is to earn his Professional Engineering designation and to be a Harbour Hopper captain in Halifax.
