Ageing Well Together coalitions are active in both Antigonish and Pictou Counties. The coalitions' role is to support seniors to lead healthy, safe and active lives by developing and implementing collaborative community falls prevention and ageing well strategies and by incorporating these strategies into the policies, programs and/or activities of coalition members' own organizations. Member organizations represent a wide spectrum of seniors', caregiver, community, health and social service groups and organizations.
