This program is for adults who are experiencing on-going mental health difficulties, and are looking for an opportunity to participate in their recovery. It is a place for people to have support in a safe caring environment. It is open Mon to Fri 8am-4pm and on the weekend there are social events. Each day is set up as a working day, as people participate in different work units, like: kitchen unit, maintenance unit or clerical unit.

They are working on dispelling stigmas through education and awareness. The organization is made up of a volunteer board of active community members. Funded by the United Way.They have pamphlets and educational materials for loan to people interested in learning more about a particular aspect of Mental Health.
